## How it works

Review items = volume × review percentage / 100. Review hours = review items × minutes per item / 60. Capacity = reviewers × available hours. Gap cannot fall below zero.

This is workload arithmetic. It does not decide which tasks need review or prove safety. Use measured inputs and include corrections, escalation and absence in your staffing plan.
